Build strong partnerships between the local tech companies and academia
Introduce students to local career opportunities, enabling companies to recruit in demand talent.
56.1% of interns convert to full-time status.
The average one-year retention rate for those hires is 71.4%.
In our first year, we worked exclusively with New England College.
Students from across the UX and UI design, graphic design, data analytics, health and informatics, computer information systems, communications, business, and engineering programs participated.
Companies that took part and/or hired interns include: Geneia, GYK, York.IE, Minim and Orbit Group. We love forward to collaborating with New England College again and are excited for additional colleges to get involved!
